When ready, click Download PDF. Your browser's print dialog opens. Select "Save as PDF" (Chrome/Edge) or "Print to PDF" (Firefox) and click Save.
Which layout to choose
Classic works for formal completions, professional training, and any setting where a traditional, dignified look is appropriate.
Modern is best for tech courses, bootcamps, and online learning programs. Clean and contemporary.
Award suits competitions, top-performer recognition, and any context where you want the certificate to feel like a trophy.
Academic is designed to look like a university or institutional diploma, with a formal seal and traditional layout.
Ornate adds a triple-ring border with diamond corner details for a more decorated, formal presentation.
Laurel keeps a wreath emblem as the only decoration and drops the border, for a calmer, editorial look.
Medal puts a ribboned medal badge front and center, good for competitions and performance awards.
Vintage uses an aged parchment tone and a wax-seal medallion for a certificate that reads as an heirloom document.
Kids is bright, rounded, and playful, built for classroom and youth-program recognition.
Sports uses bold banners and a diagonal winner tag for tournament and league results.
Each of the 10 layouts can be recolored with any of the 6 color themes (Gold and Navy, Burgundy and Gold, Forest Green, Pastel Kids, Black Tie, and Corporate Blue), so the layout you pick for structure and the palette you pick for tone are independent choices.
