How to sign a PDF
- Add your PDF. Drag it onto the box or click to browse. The tool reads it on your device and shows how many pages it has.

Is signing a PDF online safe?

Here the work is purely local, so the only copy of your signed PDF is the one that lands in your downloads folder.
A few practical notes. A drawn signature is a visual mark, the same kind you would make with a pen on paper, and it is widely accepted for everyday forms, internal approvals and letters. It is not a cryptographic digital signature with a certificate, so if a contract specifically requires a certified e-signature you should use a dedicated provider for that document. The signature is scaled to a sensible width and tucked a small margin in from the edge, so it sits neatly in the corner you choose rather than crowding the text. Pick Last page when you only need to sign at the end of a contract, All pages when each sheet needs initialing, or type a single page number to target one exact page. Because the result is a standard PDF, it opens and prints anywhere, and the person receiving it sees your signature baked into the page just as if you had signed a printed copy.
