How to organize a PDF
- Add your PDF. Drag it onto the box or click to browse. The tool reads it on your device and draws a small thumbnail of every page in a grid.
- Reorder pages. Use the Left and Right buttons on a thumbnail to move that page earlier or later in the document until the order is right.
- Rotate pages. Press Rotate to turn a page 90 degrees clockwise. Press it again to keep going; the label shows the current angle for that page.
- Delete pages. Press Delete on any page you do not want. The grid renumbers itself so the new order is always clear.
- Apply and download. Press Apply & download. A new PDF is rebuilt with your exact order, rotations and deletions, then downloads instantly.
Why reorder PDF pages?
PDFs are often assembled in a hurry: scans land out of sequence, an appendix ends up in the middle, or a sideways page sneaks in from a phone photo. Fixing that by hand in a heavy editor is slow. This tool keeps everything on a single visual grid so you can see exactly what you are doing. Drag a cover page to the front, push a duplicate scan to the back, spin a landscape table the right way up, and drop the blank separator sheets, all in one pass.
Because the result is a standard PDF, it opens and prints anywhere with no surprises. When you only need to nudge a few pages around, that is far faster than splitting and merging files, and there is no account or watermark to deal with.
Frequently asked questions
Can I reorder, rotate and delete at once?
Yes. Each page has its own move, rotate and delete buttons, and every change is saved together into one new file.
Does rotating stack up?
Yes. Each press rotates that page another 90 degrees clockwise, and four presses return it to the start. The thumbnail label shows the angle that will be saved.
Can I delete every page?
No. A PDF must keep at least one page, so the tool blocks the download if every page has been deleted.
Can I reorder, rotate and delete pages at the same time?
Yes. Each page thumbnail has its own controls to move it left or right, rotate it 90 degrees clockwise, or delete it. You can mix all three actions before you apply, and they are saved together into one new file.
Does rotating a page in the tool stack up?
Yes. Each press of Rotate turns that page another 90 degrees clockwise, so four presses bring it back to where it started. The rotation you see on the thumbnail label is what gets saved.
